The University provides factual information periodically in a set of standardized formats. One of the most frequently used is the Cornell University Factbook, a compilation of current and recent historical statistical information about Cornell designed to make frequently requested data readily available to students, faculty, and staff at Cornell as well as to others with an interest in the university.

Four of the University's colleges—Agriculture and Life Sciences, Human Ecology, Industrial & Labor Relations, and Veterinary Medicine—are affiliated with the State University of New York (SUNY), creating a special association between Cornell and SUNY. As a result of this association, Cornell supplies SUNY with various data on a regular basis. The manuals for the two major data submissions to SUNY:

Organization Charts

The Division of Planning and Budget maintains org charts for the President, the Provosts, and the majority of their direct reports. They are updated as needed, but at least annually as of July 1st.
